Ordered an item 11/21, needed to have it by 12/12 to send out for Christmas. Three weeks should have been plenty of time for them to get it to me. Didn’t receive any confirmation of my order other than the paypal transaction, which showed as some company out of China. Tried contacting them twice through that contact, with no response. They finally sent an email that they were processing my order this week, and I responded that they needed to cancel it. I then sent a separate email including the order # telling them to cancel it, with no response from them. None of their tracking ever worked. Just now (12/20), they sent me an email telling me they were sending it. It’s way too late now. JERKS.
