I mistakenly deleted my wife’s email address a my contact number and I put in, what I thought was a phony email acct info that was similar to mine but slightly different so it would be easy to remember. When i spoke with an agent on the phone to try to straighten out this problem I was told I shouldn’t play around with things I don’t know about and the only way they can help me is if I pay one of their tech’s $100.00-$120.00 to fix my major mistake he couldn’t do anything about without the tech??? When I asked for his name, he hung up on me??? I don’t think he was from the US, sounded possibly from India like so many other contacts I often speak to from product service issues???
