Walk in to twin peaks of Montgomery @ 10:30 pm. Hour and a half before closing. Host is notified to tell me the bar and kitchen closes 30 mins before closing. Number 1, I work in service and i have never worked in an establishment where you cant order anything 30 mins prior to closing. If you come in a min before closing and order you should be served the same especially out of all the late night food spots they are 24 hrs an etc… But to continue.. It was opening night of nba and there was a game that literally ran 10 mins past 12 midnight which is closing. She the manager (didn’t catch her name but she is a dark skin lady, maybe 5’7) turns tv off And tells everyone that they we should be happy that the tv stayed on that long, game is not over an had 2 mins or less left in the NBA game. Our table asked why she couldn’t leave the tv on, and she came to the table real aggressive saying i should’ve been turned the tv off and that we can deal with it, pay and leave. So as we are leaving she wants to have a shouting match with one of the ladies from our group, we are leaving so the aggression and extra talk could have been saved. The male that was behind the bar yells out everyone needs to pay their tab an get out. Never once at any restaurant have i felt like my money was not worth what i spent. Which was 75 dollars just for my ticket along, and i was unable to finish the last 2 mins of a game, them not bringing some of my food out til just before them wanting to kick us out, Them harassing us and rushing us for payments. I will definitely not be going back. There are other sports bars opening that will take my business away. I have never really had a good experience but i have never had a nasty and rude experience like last night. Its one thing where if customer service was good or food was good that would help look past this situation, but that can not be done.
