My account email was changed. Unlike every other major e-commerce site the confirmation goes to the new address and not the old address. I replied within ten minutes., was unable to call due to their lack of phone support. Now, four days later I still havent received a response and the person who stole my account cancelled and refunded 11 orders, some I had been waiting more than a month for, and they refunded it to themselves. If I dont get resolution soon then since they are Not in compliance with applicable laws here in Florida Ill have no choice but to pursue legal action as after seven days its considered negligent to ignore fraud reports in PCI compliant organizations.
