Suddenlink – Dissatisfied customer

Had Suddenlink internet and sold our house. Called 2 weeks prior and told them to cancel account at end of current billing period which was already paid.

Then received a bill for part of the next billing period. Wife called and after much time on hold was told not to pay it as they had screwed up. Then got a letter from a collection agency about past due account. Third to call seddenlink but can’t get through.

Tried to chat online, but no go. I will never use this company again. It’s all about them, not about the customer. The local office was good, but you had to go in.

They did not allow calls. All calls went to moron central, and now we are far away. The *** have made me waste hours of time compensating for their incompetency.

They should have to pay me for my time. Use anyone else …even if it costs more, as the aggravation just is not worth dealing with these fools!
