Nonstop Delivery – Because they have been sitting on a package since June 29

I’m a frustrated customer. I waited on my pre-scheduled window, and they never showed up. I called and waited for 20 min on the call. No answer. In addition, I sent a chat message and, again, no response. 50 min later, I do receive a call that they are on the way, but it wasn’t 30 min but within seconds. I left because I had things to do. I was driving back, and I told them I’d be there in 30 min. I arrive at home, and they aren’t there. I called the person back to his cellphone and no response twice. I hit a call back from the customer service, but they weren’t helpful. Their slogan, “Going the Extra Mile,” does not align with the customer needs–terrible service. And I still don’t have my shipment. I sent an email, so I want a callback. Here is my reference: 32600975
