I ordered some merchandise from Gap on 6/4. Soon after, I received an email that my item had “shipped” however the tracking# indicated the package was delivered on 5/23, nearly 2 weeks BEFORE I had placed the order.
It appears that a tracking# had been reused somehow. I did seem like the package was making progress, but it’s now been sitting at my local post office for a week with no attempt to be delivered. I’ve been trying to reach Gap for weeks since I first noticed this issue and I can’t get ahold of them to save my life. They turned off their chat and email options, and every time I call it tells me they’re too busy.
I also want to cancel the second half of my order since it’s not supposed to arrive until August… 2 months after I placed the order.
Avoid the Gap.
Full refund of the missing item and cancellation of another item..
Nice clothing, Affordable options, Classic style.
Poor shipping and not customer service reps to contact.
