    The product, bunny ears bra, would not adhere. The company would not respond to my 6 emails. I disputed the charge on Paypal who only contacted the company for me. JH MALL is demanding that I pay the return shipping (to CHINA) to receive a refund. Their guarantee is a lie.

    I ordered a blonde on online ad off Facebook I think. It went through PayPal and shown as a PayPal Merchant on my charge. The wig arrived but was totally wrong and the color was dark hair instead of blonde I’d ordered. It had Chinese printing on package as well.

    I ordered 6 of the same item. I received 2 in the mail. I had tried to cancel the shipment because I was afraid of an allergic reaction to chemicals. The company offered me a discount, but I refused, wanting to return items for full refund. The package did not include a mailing slip. I paid for it via paypal. shipper is NGS. It came from Hawthorne,Ca.

    I ordered a wig from them on March 1 2020. I wanted to return it because it didn’t work for me. They wanted proof (pictures) that it was what they sent. So since I’ve sent pictures to them they haven’t responded. Also on March 10 2020 I ordered a ring and to this date I haven’t recieved it. I paid $33.00 for the wig and $20.00 for the ring both through PayPal.

    I ordered bras from this vendor. They guaranteed that they would fit larger cup sizes and in fact the size I ordered said it would accommodate a F cup size. When I received the bra it was way too small for a large cup size and I contacted them asking for a refund and where I could send the bra back. They responded letting me know that I might be using the bra wrong and included a video of a larger cupped reviewer stating that these bras do not work for large cup sizes. I responded to them and let them know the video they sent literally proved my case on them not fitting large cup sizes. They responded telling me that I could keep the bras and they would refund me 30%. I didn’t think this was fair since I could not use the bras at all, I paid a lot more than $18 and I wanted a full refund. They came back and said they would give me 50% and they was their final offer. I don’t think 50% refund was fair because I could not use 100% of the bras. They came back and said that I should take the 50% refund offer because it would cost me $30 to send the bras back to China. China? The shipping label they sent the product from was New York so when I questioned them about it a few days ago I have not heard anything back from them. I would like PayPal to do the right thing and refund me the full amount. I am super disappointed in the product and LH Mall for the horrible customer service experience. It makes me feel like I was ripped off and intentionally sold the wrong product.
    I have contacted PayPal to dispute this, but they have been no help either.
