Jojo has also tried to sabotage a happily married man’s reputation by saying he impregnated her daughter Arianna, when he didn’t. Jojo’s daughter was never pregnant. Arianna lives over a thousand miles away from this guy, so it’s impossible. It’s clear that Jojo is mentally unhinged. Not only does she use her grown children as means of support, but she also uses them as ammunition to fire back at other people, whenever she feels threatened.

This is Michelle Corner review of Elevate Apartmens… She had a studio for years in Building 3….. Then years later she meets her Tim. And they move to Building 4. She bad mouths Elevate… But she moves in 2018 and moves out years later. If she hated it so much… Why did she renew her kease several times and then years later moves in to a larger apartment… Usually people that hate a place… Don’t renew and transfer to a larger unit. They leave after the 1st year when thier lease is up…. And Michelle like to blow things out of proportion abd over exaggerated.

Don’t move there! The rents have gone sky high and they’re not worth the money. When I first moved in, my studio was $545 a month. Now it’s $880. The three bedrooms are now $1600 and no washer/dryer in the units.
They’re slow to respond to maintenance requests. It took them 8 months to look at our stove. The roaches there are a huge problem too.
They’re are criminals who come onto the property after 6 pm when the office is closed. There’s drugs galore there too. You can park in the handicapped parking spot for days and the staff will walk right by the car that has no placard in the window or handicap parking sticker. I’ve seen them do it on several occasions and they do nothing about it.
They had a new gate system installed but most of the time both gates are broke so what’s the point?
Tucson PD is there on a regular basis too.
Just avoid this place. It’s not worth the money.
There have been things broken like windows and screens on the west side of the property and residents leaving junk on their patios but staff never get off their duffs to walk the property to see it for themselves. I told them several times about that side of the property and their response was “it’s always been like that.” Really?? That side of the property always looked like the ghetto and they never did anything about it. I never would have moved there if I knew then what I know now.
