Sears actually cancelled the repair order and stated that they would not be responsible for any repair.The part actually became available after 3 months and I received two of them. It is now up to me to try to install the part and see if that actually was the problem….

I am a victim and tired of the lies I’ve been told by Sears home warranty, Cinch! Today was the straw that broke the camels back!

I can write about more later, I just found this site but am now exhausted in being talked down to by a Sears Home Warranty, so called, supervisor!

I definately want in the class action suit! I was going to contact a lawyer and find out how to start one, or just sue them for all my money I was just literally giving them, but then found this site.

Poor Service – Poor Customer Service

Sears transfers all claims to three parties to try and absolve themselves from responsibility. Sears has set up a difficult call center so that one cannot talk to an agent and the menu choices incorrect. My work request was transferred to a company who failed to call me as promised, fails to answer their phone and failed to return my calls. Request for a refund have been denied. I paid six monthly payments and received no service when I needed it. Why through my good money away.

Refund for a service repair.

My name is Sonia Yadav, I had called repair person to check my dishwasher. It was not working they way it should. He did not repair anything, and I was charged for maintenance. I had communicated with someone 4 weeks ago in customer service, regarding the refund. I have not gotten anything yet. So I’m t trying to reach out to someone who can refund my money. Unhappy with five month old Kenmore refrigerator

Purchased Sears refrigerator five months ago. Stopped making ice and not freezing very well. First tech came nine days ago and said it was the motherboard. Wrong. Second tech came today and seemed much more knowledgeable and said it was the compressor. Now I have to wait 12 more days for that part to come in and get it fixed. I called Sears customer service and the representative was extremely rude and refused to connect me with a supervisor as I told him I felt that I deserved a new refrigerator. I am extremely unhappy with Sears customer service

User’s recommendation: Be aware of the poor customer service.
