Charge after returning rental

Hi I returned my Lyft rental car on 8/31 because when I picked it up on 8/24 my background check was still in process and it came back unsatisfactory so I was charged the $354 but could not drive to earn money. My question is would it be possible to get the full $446.72 refunded due to not being able to work?

Fraudulent charge

I was charged for transactions I didn’t use lyft I never have I own a car. I went to my financial institution they said to contact lyft they can only go back 6 months.

So you let someone rip you off for more than six months and you want your bank to help? Forget it… They probably won’t because they probably think you either are in on this or know who is(and won’t prosecute) hence sending you back to Lyft who will probably send you back to your bank.

Driver charged us for a ride we didn’t take

We got in the car after midnight and the driver said, “I hate going there.” It was a hotel that we’d taken a Lyft to a half dozen times that week with no issue. It was less than 2 miles away. He stopped the car a block from where we got in the car and we got out. Another driver picked us up 5 minutes later and delivered us with no issue. We were charged for the ride and Lyft won’t respond to any communications from me. I’ll be disputing it on credit card. What a pain in the butt.

His Name is Jose his plate number is DD52754 he put that he had arrived a block away from where I requested my pick up ! Then he left and did not cancel the ride. I texted him and called him to cancel ride because I needed to request another ride and he never answered a text or a call .
