I sent back an item to a seller, the item costs $540 the seller refuses to refund I close my PayPal account and eBay will not help you at all, now Im gonna have to go to Small claims court in another state to get my $540 back that eBay wont help me with, and they dont have a toll-free number so you cant get a hold of them on top of everything else, Ill never buy anything from eBay again, I start buying with Amazon at least they have a toll-free number for customer service, I will never do business with eBay again after this

I have to return pjs

I tried to return men’s silk pjs 2x navy and white, a page asked me to confirm that return shipping charges, the ad says free returns. The page froze and would not let me proceed. Do I cancelled return to start over but it didn’t let me start over it tells me return had been cancelled. It won’t let me start the return over please help.

EBay no longer wants to resolve issues. The seller never shipped the order and eBay customer line is no longer in service and tried all ways to contact and never heard from them. Bad service. Never buying here again

Issue with cancelled order

I placed an order for sweater once I put the order in I asked the seller very nicely if the item was authentic and if it wasnt then I wouldnt be comfortable purchasing it he replied it was 100% real then canceled the order and wouldnt sell me the sweater I dont know what this guys problem is or how he does business but it seems sketchy to me and this guy shouldnt be allowed to sell on eBay.

No warranty on product.

I bought a smartwatch on eBay in April 2021. Today 4th January 2022 it stopped working. The seller is no longer with eBay. Spoke to a person at eBay and was told there was no warranty with this product. It was not stated by the seller that there was no warranty.. It was suggested by them that I should contact my credit card company to get a refund. I have been a buyer on eBay for 16 years and always assumed if a product was sold in Australia it would be covered by consumer laws. This is not the case with things sold on eBay.
