Need to decuss an issue

Canceled box – still being charged.

Hello, I canceled my box and I am still being charged. I was charged for the month of January but haven’t received my box, nor have I received an email saying my box was on the way. I had to cancel my box AGAIN today, because you reactive it with out my knowledge or permission. Please refund me my money for the month of January. I have been up happy with my box for about 2 years now, and I am done wasting my money on brand I have never heard of.

Long story short, I love the concept of boxycharm and all the great items they had and send. But I’ve had issues since I received my first box when it came with 3 out of the 5 items were crushed, busted or completely destroyed and the whole box was filled with a mess….

I have a subscription to all three boxes. The first year I got some amazing items. The last 6 months I have gotten repeat items from previous boxes. I have also received products that I have absolutely no interest in and are not in my profile. How many face masks does one person need? I am received lip liners in the last three boxes. On my quiz, I absolutely have no interest in mascara, but continue to receive mascara. I really wish boxycharm would either get more inventory from different companies or find things to put in the boxes that are not repeats from the month before. I’m really sad, boxycharm was my favorite subscription box

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

The worst company ever I have been trying to cancel my subscription for 2 years now. I do not think anyone actually works at this company — the call center has a robot tell you to email them, and then they never ever respond to your emails. Also, the “boxybot” is the most unhelpful and annoying thing I have ever had to deal with in my life. I can’t log into my account because the emailI singed up with has been terminated when I graduated from college.

User’s recommendation: Literally just don’t get it. You will get *** eyeshadow pallets and a heart attack trying to cancel this.

I cancelled my subscription on the website. The next month, after I “cancelled” my subscription, I was charged $30. I want my subscription cancelled, and it is not easy to do so, apparently. They need to figure out a different way.
