I know, Amazon had me to buy gift cards years ago that l got no credit from, and l’m old enough to be his granny! This time one of their emp.

Kevin, ID #AMZ565**** used my info to purchase cards from Targets and Best Buy, not caring how l’m suppose to eat until my next Soc. Sec.

check. Amazon as a business may be ok, but TOO many of their employees have NO MORALS, they will rob the young and disabled elderly, watch out!

I got a gift card from my grandma for my daughter Jade and I made it up an account in her name and they froze my account and locked me out they say a fraudulent gift card ridiculous I sent them all the material they needed even called them and told them what was going on still and walked out and it’s been well over 24 hours don’t purchase anything over $100 they will flag your account shut you down no matter what proof you show.

A gift card my sister purchased for my birthday in October for $50 had a zero balance when I went to use it for the very first time in December!! I even have the gift receipt that it came with and WAS SHIPPED DIRECTLY FROM AMAZON. The best is the operator who said she is giving me 100% accuracy said that it was my sister who used the gift card.mind you she ordered it on her Amazon account and never had possession of the card that the operator said was used one day after it was issued, two days before I received it delivered from Amazon!!! Your company sucks!!!!
