HI I’m in a similar situation my ticket was cancelled by British Airways back in March, for travel in July, and they also never got back with any real answers ,They just strong me along saying it will take 3 month for it to be resolved well its now January. I booked another flight ( different company) in July because the Airports to Europe opened up and flight could be booked again .Unfortunately I had to cancel that flight but at least I got a voucher from the other travel agency ! The Airlines should have waited before cancelling all flights that were still months away, but they did that so they could lay off there staff I guess it is defiantly a *** show, travel is getting harder and harder now even in 2021!

Can not ever get ahold of anyone! Hopper charged me and never gave my refund back. Priceline is attached to Hopper, but Priceline can never give me a direct phone number, or they given me a phone number to call that stays with a busy signal. Priceline can not ever help with answers to where my money went. My money was given to Priceline from Hopper but not any of those *** can find my money. So they, meaning Hopper and Priceline has stole my money and have no answers to my problem. A lawyer is plan B

Was denied our stay because my fiance had a paper ID

We paid our money for 7 nights. Go to check in and she needs our ID. My fiance has a paper ID because she’s still waiting on her hard copy to come in. We were denied our stay because of it. We have our 4 kids with us. We can’t get in touch with anyone from hopper to get our refund.

The hotel denied us because 1 of the 2 guests had a paper ID. They said they’ll approve the refund, but need someone to call them to confirm. The hotel just needs you to call them so that they can refund my money.
