Had issue with food and employees

Called head office and complained. Did not receive any call from anyone after that. So upsetting. Never will go to Burger King again. Location 125** ** Ave. is the one I went to and had issues.

Overcgarged on cash purchase

I went through the drive through and rather than tap and pay said cash and was charged 6.30 for the original chicken burger. I thought it was expensive and asked for a receipt and was given the order number receipt without a cash. I went home and looked it up and the original chicken burger is listed at 4.09. not a lot of cash but it was not a 6 dollar burger. sorry

Raw meat

Your restaurant in St. johns Newfoundland Located on Torrey Road I contacted the manager first thing this morning the manager all she said was called skip the dishes and get a refund you guys are raw meat to customer I was up till 4 o’clock in the morning. The meat was completely raw , I have several pictures taken I contact your manager she did nothing she didnt even know the head office number she says nothing she could do and all she told me to do was contact skip the dishes skip the dishes did not make my food is not survive me I want some from head office to contact me.

Cold whoppers

After a long drive getting off the highway to eat. So I stop at Burger King I ordered two whopper meal at the Montrose Thorold stone rd location Niagara Falls. Drove to my house and everything was cold like it just came from the fridge! I think this is unacceptable and would like my 15$ back for consistently being disappointed in the quality of service. The last time my bun had mayo all over the top of the bun making it impossible to eat without getting covered with mayo! I have always enjoyed BK as my go to burgers but I guess Ill start making them at home so the quality can be assured bc your staff cant.

I put an order in at October 09 at 2:00pm the 1150 Northern terminal Avenue Nanaimo Burger King drive-through I showed her the discount on the Burger King app and refused to honour it . I drove a half an hour out of my way to do this and was completely discouraged and refused to honour the coupon that I explain to her three times. She asked her manager and the manager asked me the same thing and refused to honour the coupon how cheap can you be. You advertise something to bring the customer and you dont even honour it thats not right. What a great way to start a holiday. So much for Thanksgiving. Mike

I GOT THESE TINY BUNS WITH ONE EIGHTH INCH PATTIES ABOUT 7 TO 8 FRIES AND A SMALL DRINK WHICH WAS THE ONLY THING THAT WAS ADVERTISED . VERY DISCUSTED WITH THIS SO CALLED MEAL THAT WOULDN`T EVEN BE A CHILDS MEAL . I WON`T BE EATING AT BURGER KING AGAIN . AND I WILL LET FACEBOOK AWARE OF THIS FALSE ADVERTISING .
