Cheated me with one price charged another

I ordered some items saw and screen shot price but when I got charged it was a much different price altogether. Received package no receipt included in my package to review what prices and items was paid. I went back to site reviewed all items and was overcharged. Never got order number or email confirmation of invoice. Could not follow up with an order number to verify charges charged. Returned package and was credit only part of my money. Im disputing with bank the rest of my funds.

My package arrived to Bowling Green, KY on the 16th, according to the tracking information, but it was not delivered. Today is the 23rd, I checked again with the tracking number and it seems that its going back the way it came. I dont know if its Fanatics fault or USPS. I am not satisfied at all and Im planning to call fanatics back and ask for my money back.

My order arrived damaged want replacement

I was able to locate the customer service number and a representative took my information and sent me a return mailing label, a 25% discount on a future purchase and they are waiving the shipping for the discounted item because I got free shipping on the damaged item. Several of the items I had to ask for and were not offered by the rep. It is not a fast or simple process.

They work in conjunction with Quadpay(zip). I took the option of the four payment pay. I then realized that the items were no longer needed. I sent Fanatics a text letting them know that when the package was received it would be refused and returned. The packaged arrived anyway. I wrote on the packaged “Refused” and “Return to Sender”. They sent it back to me. I then had to go to a FedEx office and get a label. Two days later receive an email they received and they are processing the refund. They obviously did not notify Quadpay because they still intend on charging me. Neither Fanatics nor Quadpay know what there are doing and I am paying for something I do not have.
