Returning items, portal is not working

I kept on putting my order number and my last 4 digits of my number and it says its not found and even my email address. I need to return those items asap especially i used my credit card and its my first time to purchased in boohoo. Please I need your help to sort this out asap. Many thanks

Faulty item and no answer in live chat

Hello, My order number is UK16636**** and I used my email address as fmarvi72@***.com. I contacted your Facebook customer service but to my disappointment they were as disappointing as the product itself. Firstly they denied that it was a faulty product then later on they offered me a 20% refund to repair the product. I simply told them I am travelling and can’t return the product. I bought this product as a gift and obviously I can’t gift someone a faulty or repaired product. Secondly I was more disappointed when they started ignoring my messages. I would like a complete refund of this product as its very obvious its faulty. The alighnment of purse is out and and there is teared part as well.

Did not receive correct item Customer service number does not work Refund for the items that were sent back but not for the item I did not receive that I paid for Got a total different item in place of that item WhatsApp group is not helpful either Frustrated and over it How do we contact customer service to speak to someone instead of this texting etc. This is so dishonest and whoever in the staff that are doing this need to be investigated. Always close to Christmas as well.

User’s recommendation: Be careful because I feel that they do this a lot during the Christmas period.

Paying for next day delivery and it took 3 days

Dont offer a service if you cant fulfil. Ordered for next day delivery, stayed at home alls when because I needed those trousers only to be told at 4pm that theres something wrong with my delivery!

I ordered a dress to wear on my birthday and they have sent me the wrong item. I have contacted boohoo and have been told the dress is no longer in stock and if I want a refund then I have to send the item back. I can print off a return label at my own cost and inconvenience myself by returning an item I didnt even order. Its just ridiculous. There is no resolution or apology. If the dress was not in stock why did it allow me to select and pay for it? I need some answers. I am annoyed at being inconvenienced in this way! Btw the item that was sent is absolutely hideous too and not something I could even wear!
