Did he really lose $1700? Many states consider a 17 year old a minor not able to get credit or do anything an 18 year old can do without a parental consent form in writing.

If he indeed is a minor he can tell Amazon to pound sand unless you signed a parental rights form? The parent is actually on the hook.

Do not agree that a prime member should be charged the $9.95 delivery fee for Whole Foods delivery if over $35. Possibly a lesser fee would be acceptable. Would not be surprised if start charging prime members delivery fees for everything ordered. You already raise membership fee.

User’s recommendation: Don’t have Whole Foods delivery if you live close to a Whole Foods store, go pick up. No more convenience of home delivery.

The puppy sweater is way too small even though I went by your measurements. The CS, Madeline was great, she was very kind, patient, and very knowledgeable. You’re lucky to have her. You should really rename your complaint name, the one you have is most OFFENSIVE!!!

I am still owed 2 more payments

I explained my old account was used by my now ex husband to purchase prime when I already purchased it on my new email I asked for the last 8 payments which he spent way more on that. He was subscribed over a year and I was double charged. I am still owed 2 more payments the total is $29.98.
