London Weight Management — After sales services

Ipoh branch…my consultant name Celeste…she provided a poor after sales services… Before signed the treatment package and after signed are totally different faces…I called up during the PKP in Ipoh and asked for any alternative plan to convert some of my treatment to be able me to mentain my weight even not be able to do treatment in the center…she provided nothing and the way she is doing are destroying the company images…as a servicing line…I believe that you are always wanna to provide the best for the company but not letting your staff make her own decisions by pushing the clients needs…this is any unacceptable ways to doing sales…I don’t trust her or London management … She is not even bother to call me back.. although I make a few calls to the center and keep pushing me and telling she has customer to handle during then…is that the way you the management way to treat your customer?…I was telling she is the only person are in charge in Ipoh… meaning I have no others choices but things must get back to her hands while she is the only person in charge in London management…

London Weight Management — Request for cancellation due to unsatisfied service

I signed up with London Weight Management (LWM) for 30 session’s treatment early February this year. This has cost me RM 10, 300 for 36 months of installment with two different banks. I wasn’t intent to sign up so many sessions initially, because I do not have weight problem. Eventually, the staffs were so keen and started to takes turn to telling me many bad things about my body and tried to persuade me to sign up for more sessions. This is how I end up with 30 sessions of treatments!
I have been there only 3 times for treatments, of cause I did lose a bit weight on the spot which definitely water. My last visit to LWM was on 7th march-20. I stopped visiting LWM since MCO until now. Not only because they were not in business during MCO, but when LWM were back to business on April/ May, a lady name Yvonne (the branch manager, Melaka) started calling me for appointment very frequently. I understand that she was just doing her job, but this is really annoying.
During this critical period of time (Covid-19 pandemic), every time she called, very patiently I told her the same thing- “I don’t feel comfortable and safe to come at this period of time; I will call you for an appointment when I wish to come”. I believed she heard what I said but actually she was not listening! She kept telling me LWM has SOP……. (Good SOP can only act as prevention but will not guarantee there will be no risk of infection! ) Covid-19 had affected everyone globally; people are alert in protecting themselves the best way they can.
During the signed up LWM told me I can come for treatment any time I wish to, but till 26th October-20, this lady call me again and this time she told me that I must come for a “renew” since I have stopped visiting for 8 months, otherwise the customer has to go to KL (LWM) ! I don’t understand what “Renew” is all about, and what does she mean by have to go KL!!! This had never been told during my signed up with LWM!

Since I cannot complied with what she called a “renew” at this critical moment, I told her that I wish to terminate the remaining sessions I have left (27 sessions) and to get a reimbursement, she ignored my request and ask me to reconsidered to come for the “renew”! On 9th November-20, the first day of cMCO in Melaka, she called again and this time she really pissed me off! On 10th November-20, again I request for termination, I’ve send her sms regarding my request, this time she just dropped me a line saying that “No you cannot, because you have start coming for treatment! What kind of nonsense is this! With this kind of service quality, isn’t that consumer has the right to request for termination!!!???? I try to call her on the same day but she was not picking up my call and I did drop her sms to ask her to return my call yet she ignored it again! What kind of service is this? … Is this how LWM trained their staffs??
I don’t wish to get any services provided by LWM anymore; I want to terminate whatever sessions I still have and to get my refund back.

London Weight Management — Request for refund due to injury

I am a long customer of London for many years. I purchased a few packages in london mines outlet. However, I sustained a bad ankle fracture recently and will need a long time to recover fully. I would like a refund of my money. Due to my injury, it is risky for me to come to a place like london with poor lighting, steps & wet floor. I would like to stop all my treatment in london & get back at least some of my money. Hope to get a reply from you.

London Weight Management — I would like to get my refund back.

I joined member for last 10 years ago at Puchong IOI mall. In the beginning the consultant was good and thereafter they keep changing the consultant with different service level provider. I’m actually not satisfied and they did pursue me. Ok then and I did get a try again. But I’m still find what I hv pay for the value was not justify what I gotten.
The consultant has been called me for few time and saying that I still hv treatment to do. I did mentioned that I don’t like the service and I wanted to get my refund. Seem so many year nobody called and reply me.
I wish the London management will take it seriously and follow up of my messages here.
