Did he really lose $1700? Many states consider a 17 year old a minor not able to get credit or do anything an 18 year old can do without a parental consent form in writing.

If he indeed is a minor he can tell Amazon to pound sand unless you signed a parental rights form? The parent is actually on the hook.

Amazon in a phone call told me they couldn’t find an account in my name but they have been taking money out of my bank account using my debit card for months, I now have a new debit card and I would like to be reimbursed the money they have taken out without my consent since they say I don’t have an account

AvI think its *** that 2 orders in a row went missing for the same product. Its a shower door, how does this happen? I order a lot of building supplies from Amazon and I will not be doing it anymore. The fact you cant expedite a product is a joke. I have a customer waiting a month now to get a shower door. How is this fair? I dont give a *** about refunds and appologies. The shower was built to the dimensions of that door. Now I can only use that door, which Amazon is the only seller of. You should help your loyal customers more.

I hope the drivers pay attention and read the notes.

Drivers keep opening our garage to deliver our orders. We have called several times to advise the drivers that we have 2 attack trained pitbulls that are in the garage most of the time. THEY WILL KILL YOUR DRIVERS IF THEY OPEN AND ENTER OUR PROPERTY.

My order was delayed 3 days had passed and I had no update on my order which I needed it by Friday the15th for guest over my house. So I canceled it. The representative was very helpful and kind. I always order from you. Very disappointed and heard from many friends that they have been having problems getting their shipments too.
