Failed delivery. I tried to solve the problem online, but the system simply sent me in circles among a variety of online “answers” without solving the problem.
No obvious means appeared for direct contact. After an hour of clicking around, I finally found a chat option (for a different category than delivery problems) and used that link to reach an actual person. That person was able to help by setting a replacement order. The chat link is so well hidden on the website, I’d likely never be able to find again.
If, Amazon Canada, you refuse to put an obvious means of contact, you could (at the very least) provide an option on the ORDERS menu to report the situation for a failed delivery.
“Track Your Order” isn’t good enough–it simply sends you in circles with no viable means to solve the problem. Allow a window in which you can explain the situation thoroughly and ask for a replacement.
Be prepare to be frustrated.
Deliver product or service ordered.
