I called customer serve and the person that tried to help me spoke such bad English it was extremely hard to try to understand what he was saying! I basically got no help with my issue.

Blue light staying on was working

My Roku was working and when I went to Pluto it said loaded 100%and then just went blanket the blue light is staying on unplugged it and plugged it back up no help
