Billing Fraud

The Columbus Dispatch has been double billing me for months. They auto-draft the same amount the same amount, every 2 weeks and hoped I wouldn’t catch it. Not they are refusing to refund. I only receive the Sunday Paper on Home Delivery and with the excess charges, it equates to $8.50 per issue. Math does not compute. I have escalated this to my bank for billing fraud.

User’s recommendation: Do not become a subscriber. Purchase copies locally at grocery stores or gas stations.

I applied to the facility leader and there was no response then I went to the white hall police department I even made a text message to one of the officers before a couple of weeks and no result

I am a tax payer citizen and am suffering for more than a month for not having AC in the apparent I’m living and have no where to apply

Total Dissatisfaction with Dispatch Phone System

Trying to call in to set-up an obituary. Long story shirt – this is the worse phone system I have ever encountered. 90% of the listed phone numbers take to you to the same vmail loop regarding subscription. 9% of the listed numbers give a vmail message saying that number is not setup to take calls. One number I got a person’s email that says the are unavailable for the next 7-days, then I finally got a person’s email that just says not available, leave a message. Unbelievable! If this wasn’t important to me an my family, I surely wouldn’t do business with them.

I was told I should have a refund last month I called today just to find out that no one even issued the refund no 1 even canceled this subscription no 1 even looked into my account it has been really stressful, and I just feel that this without my request or approval, an account was opened with Columbus dispatch back in July I’ve been calling trying to get the issue resolved trying to figure out how my account was open trying to get a refund issue for the digital newspaper articles I should have been receiving that wasn’t even sent to my account count and every month has been an issue ont ondont new excuse on what should t

Cancel delivery for all daily

We have called twice and sent a note when paying. Do not send any more daily papers. We are not paying for them we canceled then several times and talked to the driver several times. Please only send Sunday only.

To complain

I would like my paper delivered as it has been for decades. Delivered inside my front screened in porch the door is always open . It is so sad that I being a disabled person am already paying 90.00 dollars a month for a wet or seek and find in the bushes on the sidewalk etc paper. That it cant be delivered properly it takes three extra steps get out of your car and make it happen. Any thing worth doing is worth doing right. Please correct immediately. Thank you M. McHale

No *** paper again this has happened 3 times in last month

The number given by the new carrier before last Christmas does not respond. Gave up trying it. No paper today, No Sunday paper two weeks ago, and one missed weekly paper before that one. In addition two papers were thoroughly soaked and thrown away this past month because on one thin wrapper not tied etc.

User’s recommendation: Monthly subscription costs keep increasing and delivery promptness and reliability decreasing. Think twice before you subscribe.

NO newspaper again! When I called, of course you can NEVER get a live person, the recording said “we cannot deliver your paper today.” – WHY???

No Monday paper sucks!! I pay for 7 days a week of publication!!!! Its bad enough that you publish in Indiana and we dont get late day news!!! It violates my contract and I want a refund!!!!! Your paper is overpriced anyway!!!! I have been a loyal customer for over 50 years, and your recent decisions of publishing in Indiana and no Monday paper are hideous!!! Whats next, no holiday publications!!!! You are out of touch with reality!!!!

What a disaster The Dispatch has become. Just drove to Krogers to pick up the Sunday Dispatch. I get home and its missing Section E. I had to drive back to get a refund of $5.00. Disaster.
