Did you get the food or not? Your complaint is unclear.

You say you went and picked it up yourself but then in comment section you state you never got your food. If you received the food, you are entitled to whatever Ubereats charged you.

Fraudulent Charges on my account

This happened many months ago and there have been charges on my account. $500 dollars worth and my bank told me to contact Uber Eats. Theyre now charging my account that amount of money and my bank isnt even near me to talk to them in person about it.

Background check issue

Hello, I am Jaylyn Graves. I have tried contacting the company a few times now about my checker background check, I have got an email referring to identity theft I contacted you guys regarding that situation and explained what happened, back in April/MayI had tried applying but I did not have a car at the time so My girlfriend put her information and thats what ding as identity theft I contacted postmates and they resolved the problem. I also contacted the credit report company to get that off my account and they told me to try contacting you guys again. I just want that fixed and resulted as soon as possible thank you.

My food order

I placed an order with Dougies restaurant at 1:30 pm. It’s now 3:30 pm. I contacted the restaurant. It said that the food been ready since 2:00pm and not a uber driver has picked it up. This is unacceptable. Everytime I try to go through ubee the time is increases. It’s now saying estimated delivery time is 3:40pm . This is ridiculous so I have to eat cold food.

I got an order and cancellation it because I charge wrong card and they only gave me 5 dollars back my order was 37.00 Nd they only gave me 5 and kept the rest of the 32.80 for cancellation fee thats bad customer service I want all my money back

Customer Service is poor. I can never speak to anyone when assistance is needed. If customers are your #1 source, then you should do more to speak to the customer to try to assist them in any way needed.

Wen ordering the window for estimated time delivery was 35 to 45 minutes. Took hour snd 20 minutes for delivery. I called Buffalo Wild Wings. The order was sitting and waiting for a driver. Then driver finally picked up along with another order so the food was cold and took another 20 minutes to get here due to driver delivery the other order first. Is that the way you do business??? Just nasty food. Old was not correct. Then road around in car for additional 20 minutes. Bad reviews for your company. Will not use again. Money wasted

On Sept 21, 2021 I purchased an order from Tim’s through Uber Eats. The amount of the order was $33.84 and the took out $50.00 from my account, never refunding the difference. The on Oct 7,2021 again same thing but different Tim’s, my items came to $17.48 and I again I was charged $50.00 out of my account and never refunded the difference. What is wrong with Uber Eats, I have never had so much trouble. And forget getting in touch with Customer service. There is none that I can get a hold of.
