The store manager was in the kitchen be rating he is new new employee. He repeatedly said to her the only thing you have to do is say yes anytime I say something. The food they were serving was garbage. The potatoes were completely fallen apart, the manager said hed like some like that. I asked you have a contact for his boss. After 15 minutes of waiting for him to give me a phone number I gave up and left

User’s recommendation: This store goes through a lot of help. When they have good help it’s a good store.

I ordered chicken and a 6ct Krispy Kreme donut box. You aren’t allowed to specify what donuts you want. I got 3 strawberry covered Krispy Kremes(gave them away, I hate strawberry donuts), 2 hard crullers that weren’t Krispy Kremes(threw them away), and one choc. covered Krispy Kreme. So, for $6.99, I got one edible donut. Never again! Royal Farms!!!!!

Lack of employees customer service

I had tried calling the store for 3 days and no one answered the phone at all. When I went in to talk to the manager she was so rude and didnt even have the knowledge to do her job correctly . I simply stated that I had been a previous manager at another store and tried to guide her but she didnt want to hear it. So needless to say I never got a resolution to the original issue.

Unable to com[plete on-line job application

I was helping a friend (who does not have a computer) fill out the Royal Farms on-line employment application, and when we got just about to the end, after answering many questions, a server error message popped up, and we were unable to go further. When we tried to resume the process, it only allowed us to start again from scratch. [text limit :

I tried again and finally was able to complete the on-line application. Someone from the store called back so the application has been received and hopefully an in-person interview will follow.

I suppose I should have been more patient, but IMHO the website is poorly done. It was actually sub-contracted to another entity called “snag-a-job”!

Royal farms has no customer service. A company this big deserves to fail. Their failure to provide service means they should fold completely. Do not waste your money! Rofo doesn’t deserve to exist!!!

I lost my Royal Farm ROFO card. I was told that I needed to get a new ROFO card at one of the Store. I have not been able to change the card number online as I was told to do. I have tried for several days. I would like to cancel the old ROFO card number and submit the new ROFO card number. I am 69 years and I am not savvy enough and I am very frustrated easily that I was unable to the assistance I need. through get help thru Zipline this matter.

You put my charge of $42.61 to your debt collector company after only 5 days, two of which were weekend.

The debt collector advised me that I now owe and extra $30 or $40. No one contacted me from Royal Farms to see what the problem might be. By the way, I do not sit on my computer to get the emails as soon as they are sent. The person that I spoke with did not really care about why this had happened and just wanted me to give him my banking info to pay the bill plus that extra charge. This has not happened to me before. Please just cancel my card and give me the correct addrss tomail the check to. correct to mail my check for $42.61

I was accused of stealing a pack of cigs by taking them across the counter. NO< I have Never stolen anything in my life !!!!! I DESERVE AND APOLOGY.

i was in your store on S. Marlyn Ave 21221 your employee/mgr, Nicky approached me and told me that she saw me on camera, stealing a pack of cigs. NEVER, have I been accused of stealing anything in my life.

What can I say rude cashiers dont want to do their job not all people want to use the self checkouts cashiers comment well they could do it with all the cashiers it doesnt matter I can still go back in the back and bread chicken well with attitude like that you wont have to read chicken because you wont have any customers
