Billing issue

I cancel my hosting subscription with namecheap.com, but they charge me anyway.On top of that i can’t log into my account, they blocked my IP.I was told i have the wrong telephone #, but they have no problem to make me pay.

Tried to call to receive help only to find out that the number that was provided did not work. They had me to fill out a card with all my information only to be texted like crazy an notifications blowing up an no help at all.

Terrible Customer Service

Once a month I renew my package and once a month I have to sit on the live chat with support for 3+ hours. I hung up on her today because she asked me to wait 10 minutes, three times in a row and then asked me to go back two steps that we had already resolved. I consistently cannot get into my cPanel or my website.

Need help with my account

I’ve tried at least 20 times to access my account to get the suspended account restore. I have 4 websites hosting with this company. I have a topup account and cant put funds inside because i can’t access my account and it keeps sending me to change password or saying validation error once the password has been changed. Its not allowing me to get in to restore my account

I have to go through a couple verifications, but no more than 15 minutes to access again. As it only having this website domain for 2 days I was surprised to be locked out so fast, but for security purposes overall I am satisfied.

What happened to good old fashion picking up the phone and talking to your customers. I’m trying to locate someone to walk me thru directing my DNS and I have to jump thru hoops and channels just to leave this review!! Not very customer-friendly!

My domain was switched from my tech persons name into my name with a link provided by Namecheap. Apparently the email I sent with the link in it never went through as did the other 4 I sent at the same time. Namecheap has very cold and short with their answers regarding this matter. Basically telling me there is nothing I can do about this while my business suffers greatly. I did find a phone number and called them and left a message 4 days ago and no one responded. I spoke with Go Daddy about this and they said they can’t understand why they won’t help me and that they could resolve this immediately. I have had this domain supersine.com since 2004 and the name is copywritten and has an active trademark but I think they are going to put it up for auction.

User’s recommendation: go somewhere else, absolutely the worse customer service of any company I have ever dealt with.
