I’ve never heard back from anyone after submitting my proper documents

I’ve been trying to activate my ID.me account for over a week now, I haven’t heard back from anyone about proceeding with the process of completing my account. I would like to resolve this as sufficiently as possible because I have money in my unemployment account that I can’t even claim because of this inconvenience.

They decided they could jot help me. So they turned it back over to Deo. Who have not even tried to connect me yet. Id.me tried to connect me three times. 116am then 743am that same day. Then 746am the next morning. I tried to open my account and they told you are almost there we will connect you. Havent heard since

Can not get into account

My issue is that every time I try to log in it makes re identify myself and I don’t understand why it does this. I have never got into my account because it literally runs me in circles. It tells me I have an account already and to log in and when I do, it makes me do everything all over again with no access

To access my Florida Unemployment claim

I have been trying to reach ID.ME for 10 days now because my account is temporarily suspended and every time I submit a request they send me an email with a ticket number and they say they will reach out to me and they never do. This is the worst service I have ever had. Please call me at 407-446-****. This is horrible as you guys have been holding me back from receiving my benefits.
