No way to escalate return issue

Purchased auto parts (still in box) in March. Had to wait until mechanic verified engine failure which negated purchase of parts. Admitted to Covid isolation unit shortly thereafter. Agreed & they make it IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of them! Try to find an email or phone number if you have a concern. Just give your money to a local store to support them!

Poor customer service

They have no way to talk to a human to solve issue that are not in their list of choices. Out $250 because they use fedex who doesnt deliver your parts but says they are delivered. This is an issue rockauto should deal with on their end. They need to send out another part so Im not waiting 5-7 business days for them to figure out what happened. Rock auto need a customer service to a person phone line.

My package was stolen

I had insurance on it. The tracking said delivered, but it was not any where to be found. Not at the office, front or pack porch, or near mailbox in a parcel box. So, I’m out the cost of the product.

Item never arrived, can’t call customer service as they only do through email. Total bs, they want me to wait another 7 days to see if the parts show up. FedEx can’t find the package

No parts and no idea how to get them ………………………………………this is what happens when u buy online and the company has no way to reasonably contact them and resolve in a timely fashion

It appears the verbiage on site states NO RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS WHICH SUCKS BECAUSE MY PROJECT STARTED AND ENEDED WELL AFTER 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE. HAVING A LIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD BE AVAILABLE REGARDLESS OF LOW PRICES!

Ordered 2left side window regulators and 2 right window regulators the 2 for the right side were wrong looked them up again and same part no still wrong wanted to speak to rep on phone cant get one need to send these 2 back and get the right parts sincerely pissed customer

Charging me shipping for returning wrong parts!??

They sent wrong parts. Trying to return. Can’t talk to anyone so their stupid AI system is basically pre-set to deny any wrongdoing, blame it on “the manufacturer” of the parts (which i have spoken to), and then offer as a gesture of “good will” to split the return shipping fees… Really!?? A global global company screwing it’s customers for $50? You just lost 5 total accounts. (Every shop in our complex… until and unless you make it right and just send back the entire refund including taxes and shipping) Parts are still in the box un-opened as they were shipped by you to us. Thank You.
