I walked into McDonalds the other day and I was appalled that one man who worked for skip the dishes wasnt wearing a mask. I approached him and he had a very bad attitude with me. I will probably never order skip the dishes again after seeing this

Missing order

The delivery driver did not deliver my order. And when I reported it I am still being charged the delivery fee, but I want that money back because why should I pay a delivery fee when nothing was delivered

Missing order, no reply.

We ordered food for dinner, after being more than half an hour past the estimated time it was marked as delivered. The instructions were to phone when they arrived. We did not recieve a phone call, and when we went to see if the order had actually arrived there was nothing there, nor any driver in sight. Customer service keeps connecting me to a bot in the app, and I have not yet heard back despite giving my email.
