Mistake made by an agent who canceled my flight to go

my days have been an odyssey since I called to make a change to my return flight, the person made the mistake of canceling my outward journey, now they made a report to hear the call to see who had the mistake I just wanted to change my return and that person canceled my trip, now no one is responsible and I am waiting to solve the problem since last week, no one is responsible for you, they wash their hands saying that they have to wait and since now the ticket is more expensive I do not they want to pay and they say they have no availability. I advise them to check well because they are not I ask for a manager and they are never available because the agents work from the houses for your problem

Tried do Change the date of our booking. They canceled our booking and then told us the property was sold out. Then they sent us on a wild goose chase to try to rebook it, only to wait on the phone for 30 minutes before we had to hang up. I will never use them again.

Booking cancelled due to COVID

I booked 2 rooms to stay at the Walt Madrid last year. It was cancelled as the hotel was closed due to COVID. I was told I could rebook when the hotel reopened bit have now been told that I only have one room booked and that I cannot change my dates, even though hotels.com sent me an email in March this year saying I could change my dates when the hotel reopens. I have been in touch with the hotel myself and they have confirmed via email that I have 2 bookings with them through hotels.com and that they will be happy to change the dates. I have told hotels.com this but with no help

User’s recommendation: Don’t ever book with hotels.com. They are blatantly trying to cancel my holiday even though the hotel are willing with change my dates. They are trying to recoup money lost due to COVID by robbing me of my money.

Expedia is letting you book reservations for a rental car in Wilmington down the train station for hertz at 7:30 and that is inaccurate,they wont let you in the doors until 8:00 a.m when the open no if and buts
