Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. Asked for a refund, they sent me another bag of cat food. I had no idea they were sending it..

I received my order today, one of the bags of food I had gotten for my cat had a huge hole in it and cat food was all over the box! I have photos for proof! I am not happy about this and I have just cancelled my account with you.

I was told i received a order that was never shipped out that I cancelled. This was on June 29th. They keep telling me it is my banks fault. I have called at least 8 times, something different every time I called. I called the bank and they said they only tried to send it one time and it wass rejected on there end. I was told last week they mailed me a check. NO check, take 3 to 5 weeks

Paper mail never had a pet

They emailed an apology and explained why i was receiving paper promotions. It will take a little time for the fix but i was very happy with the response.

I spoke with Julie yesterday to tell her my dog Tyler had passed away and I had an unopened bag of his food. I wanted to return it but she told me to donate it and issued us a credit. I was so grateful for her and your companys kindness. But that isnt all, today we received the most beautiful bouquet of flowers, Im overwhelmed by your caring, it really does take a difference. I don’t want to deal with Chewy anymore. I placed an order that I never received. Don’t ask me the order number because Chewy lost that too! I have been a long standing customer. I have a service dog. I need the vest I paid for sent to 1213 Park Street Mckeesport PA 15132 immediately. I am done with Chewy after this

Still have not received my dog food it’s been over two weeks

Still have not received my dog food its been over two weeks I called Chewie before my big move date wanted to get everything done ahead of time ordered two more bags to come right away never heard from anyone never got an email!! finally called about the lost dog food three days ago its someplace in Texas in a place where they said they cant track it but it may be in California soon that is totally unacceptable to me and its never happened before what the *** just another thing to be stressed about my dog needs a special food!!!

NO COMPLAINT—Great Service with a personal touch!! My Westie passed away after 17.5 years. I had just ordered a resupply of 48 cans of Royal Canin Hydrolyzed Protein food. Customer Service immediately recommended/suggested I donate the remaining supply (47 cans). I delivered the food to Saving Grace, a non-profit service and Chewy gave a refund.A great service for fo

My issue is with FedEx not with Chewy they were to deliver my package yesterday now I’m trying to track it they have no idea what they did with my package. called Chewy. talk to the most wonderful as young lady and they are sending me the exact same products I ordered at no charge. I’ve been ordering from chewy.com for at least 6 years. I’ve never had any problems with them. Since January 2021 I have consistently been getting boxes that are packaged very poorly. It looks like they threw the items in and threw the brown paper on top instead of using it to fill in spaces in the box so the items do not move around. When this is done with cases of canned food, you get crushed and dented cans.

User’s recommendation: Don’t order canned food.
