Impossible to get any customer care service.

For the last few days, and hours spent trying to fix a connectivity problem, answering insurmountable online questions which are repeated constantly, calling the freephone number(which is not actually free) repeatedly receiving “we don’t recognise your login. I am a complete NUTCASE!! I’m being charged nearly £50.00 a month for total RUBBISH! and I can’t get one person to help sort this. So angry and fed up,

Spoke to sky customer service and kieran about my contract and found out I was no longer in contact so I asked about options and Kieran gave me all the options I then decided to cancel my subscription for the time being kieran did all that I asked him and was very helpful and wished me well and I was very pleased with the service I may go back to sky later on I still have that option for the future a big thank you to kieran

To leave sky

I will be leaving sky once my contract ends next February coz they don’t notify customers about any changes or putting there prices up they are charging me £57 a month I also have mental health problems

I’ve been waiting from May this year for my £25 refund. I have called on 5 occasions and each time been told it will be in my bank 5 to 7 days. Still waiting and very frustrated.

As above after 5 phone calls regarding my £25 refund and getting lied to each time that the money would be in my account after 5to 7 days.

My newly purchased and installed broadband is not working

OPENREACH engineers are designated for the installation on 14/07/2021, they came and claimed to have do the installation and later received a message that my broadband have been activated and is to be test run for 10days but is not working at all at my end infact the internet light LEDs is coming up, which indicates that am yet to connected and activated. ADESINA OGUNNOWO.

My bill is to high

Agent said that if I down grade my package I would have to have a new 18 month contract so I prefer to run my contract down and leave sky not what I was told when I took out this contract I was told I could reduce my bill by downgrading

Refund

I started a contract and paid £25 deposit on 5th of February. I then cancelled on 11th of February and was informed that my deposit would be refunded. I have not received it still. My account number was 624083****39. Could you please refund my £25. Thanking you in advance. Stephanie Challinor

No one contacted me from the e-mail. Eventually got through to a human being on the phone by tricking their automated system by not responding when requested. Once I spoke to a human being my issue was resolved. A very long winded process but the staff were very helpful.

I was informed by Sky on the 3rd of July, my broadband router was the problem by sky customer Service and sky has promised to send one in 2-5 days. I have not received one yet

No broadband or telephone although promised on three separate instances

DMoved home promised both tv and broardband from 24th June didnt happen tv engineers here now but still no telephones or internet – what the *** am I paying in advance for something you have still not provided plus Im an insulin dependant diabetic with no way of contacting anyone should I need to and SKU have been told this so many times Im sick of the whole thing if this is how you treat one of your longest standing customers his help any one just joining your company which I will not advise anyone to do
