My room was leaking water hotel tonight is giving me a hard time on my refund

I check into my room a day or2 b4 Christmas..wen I check in the ppl was rude towards me vs the customer they were helping ..finally after I was able to check in ..I went to the room and the smell of mole was very strong along with no air circulation .I went back down stairs to ask for a different room I was denied .

User’s recommendation: Don’t stay at comfort inn.

I had to cancel my hotel reservation due to having my flight cancelled. I booked my hotel reservation through Hoteltonight but it was nonrefundable. I spoke with Jon from Hoteltonight and he worked so diligently to try to compensate me for losing my money. After everything, Jon called me back and told me I was able to receive a $100 credit to my Hoteltonight account which was great.

HT sent confirmation of booking at hotel but hotel never received it. But HT charged my credit card. The facility said HT has a track record of booking rooms that are not available all the time! Do not use them!! Call hotel directly and they will price match!!

Miguel was amazing and so professional

Horrible stay at Steward in New Your City. The worst experience I have ever had. My husband and I have used this app he is a level 9 member and this is the first bad experience we have ever had. I I really appreciate Miguels patients with dealing with the situation we hope to hear back from him soon tomorrow to get this resolved ASAP

I already talked with HotelTonight but they keep charging my credit card after the dispute. They made my night terrible with my friends and I want them to pay for this.

I did not get any accommodation, any respect and any positive response till now.

Except they accepted this was their fault once but how they keep charging after saying this? As you see, they are still giving me headache after 45 days…

In March 16th, I have reserved two rooms using HotelTonight website/app. When I have arrived to the hotel, only the first door was open to access the small room before the lobby. After calling the receptionist, told there is no room at that hotel. The receptionist was in the hotel but did not even come to try or find a solution for me and 4 friends. After this terrible experience I finally got 1 room from another hotel without using this app, and we slept in our sleeping bags!

My phone was hacked and a reservation was made i didn’t authorize. Talked to customer service and was told I would get a response back. 4 days later and no call back

I ate at a restaurant in key west. I left leaving my phone on the table. Returned 20 minutes later to retrieve my phone. The next morning I see charges for a hotel room I didn’t make. The hotel informed me a reservation was made but wasn’t fulfilled. I believe my phone was hacked and whom ever made the reservation. I called hotel.com and told I would get a call back 4 days ago haven’t heard back
