I went into the store on Olney Ave in Phila and the manager Ramirez was very nasty and rude. She yelled at me in front of the customers for wanting to do a return. She told me I am always a problem. She did not want to take my return. She was going to report me. Kept repeating my name over snd over nastily. Told me I was a joke. Screamed at me. I reported it to Ashley Stewart and I was told it would be escalated up but it was not.

User’s recommendation: Don’t shop there in Philly.

Nothing resolved I have to wait 10 days for a pkg claim in order for them to give me a refund. Again. Aweful customer service and the company doesn’t care because of the inadequate procedures they had put in place as to look like we got the pkg.

My credit limit is incorrect

I ordered a jumpsuit from Ashley Stewart a month ago my credit limit is 250 dollars the card is telling me I only have 55 dollars in credit which is incorrect. i only ordered 1 jumpsuit for 56.00 so how come my credit is only 55 dollars? The person who took the order told me they made a mistake and the jumpsuit was ordered more than once She assured me this would be corrected and it would take three days to fix the credit limit. It is now a month later and the issue has still not been resolved! I want to complain to a manager or higher.

Disappointed in company

Simply I purchased a dress in November in store in Fayetteville Georgia. Due to sickness and death in the family I missed the return date by a couple of days. I am stuck with a brand-new dress still intact with original tags etc I have been calling customer service for at least 90 days no response they issued a case number for someone to call back but the never did. I work too hard just for money to be wasted. The store did not have any compassion at all. However, they have lost a long term customer over 60 dollars
